Our Doctor
Dr. Jack Huebner DDS
Call him Dr. Jack. Although his last name is pronounced like “Hib-ner,” he knows that it makes no sense to pronounce it that way, and he is very ok if you end up pronouncing it differently. Dr. John (Jack) Huebner is a dedicated student of dentistry and health care, and is committed to providing the comprehensive, total health dentistry you deserve.
Dr. Jack grew up on a farm near Hershey, Nebraska. The experiences of his youth taught him
the importance of hard work and diligence in everything you do. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln on a full academic scholarship, and proceeded to the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry, graduating in 2012. Dr. Huebner then continued his training at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He completed a 2-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency while working in the faculty practice at UMKC. During his residency he received advanced training in prosthodontics and oral surgery, including implant placement. Since entering private practice, Dr. Jack has been a dedicated student with continuing education, often completing 2-3 times the amount required for dental licensure.
“Dental care is a unique service we provide. Many patients come to us with a history of
challenges and negative experiences. My goal is to provide a positive, encouraging
atmosphere, and help patients overcome any challenges and achieve the best dental
and overall health possible.”
Dr. Jack is passionate about maintaining a balanced life and growing his physical, mental, and spiritual health. He applies his own experiences in improving his health to help his patients, and also his fellow dentists. Dr. Jack previously served on the Wellness Program of the Kansas Dental Association, which provides resources for dental workers to improve their physical and mental health. He has also volunteered time by serving on the boards of the Greater Kansas City Dental Society, the Fifth District Dental Society in Kansas City, and the Missouri Dental Association New Dentist Committee. While in dental school, Dr. Jack served on the Board of Trustees of the
American Student Dental Association. Since 2020, Dr. Jack has been involved with Revive Mission and Bright Island Outreach. These organizations provide free dental clinics in the Dominican Republic. promoting health and wellness among people working in the dental community.
Dr. Huebner is excited to join forces with Dr. Bennett. After first meeting in early 2023, they found they share similar interests in work and life. The opportunity to work with Dr. Bennett is what brought Dr. Huebner and his wife from Kansas City to Denver. Like Dr. Bennett, he enjoys being a student of the world, and his passions include music, literature, travel, and exploring the outdoors. His wife, Dr. Joanie Huebner, is a clinical psychologist, and she also grew up in Nebraska. They both lived in Colorado for a summer during undergrad and spent many vacations in Colorado growing up. Along with their cats, Pedro and Diego, they enjoy calling Denver home.
